Hi, I’m Trey Brown — born and raised in Goldsboro, North Carolina, right in the heart of an Air Force town. Growing up surrounded by the sounds of jets overhead and a family that loved aviation, I was hooked from the start. My dad and grandfather shared that passion with me early on, and by the age of five I was tagging along to airshows all over the state. One of the first big ones I remember? Watching the Blue Angels and being absolutely blown away.

That spark never went away. In my mid-20s, I finally took the leap and started flight training. Since then, I’ve earned ratings in both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters — a dream come true for that kid who grew up staring at the sky.

But I didn’t stop there. In 2023, I began working toward becoming an FAA Air Boss. It’s been an incredible journey so far, learning from the original founders of the program and gaining insights into how to run airshows that are not just safe, but unforgettable.

Now, I get to take everything I’ve learned — from the crowd line to the cockpit — and help create amazing experiences for others who love aviation as much as I do.
